Charting a course for growth
Are we as good as we think we are in our niche? Should we expand, and where? Strategic research and workshops to engage senior management and facilitate decision making were the key parts of the approach to these issues developed by Marketing Leverage. In-depth agent interviews helped the client understand current perceptions of the company and revealed a solid foundation for expansion. Insurance information and analytics firm MarketStance clarified the size and shape of the company’s niche, and its possible extensions within the current as well as adjoining geos. Marketing Leverage captured the results of this research in a capstone report and planning session, including integration with earlier Marketing Leverage work and knowledge regarding this company.
