Lynn Kelly, President
Dan Avery, Senior Consultant & Director
LYNN KELLY
Lynn Kelly is President and CEO of Marketing Leverage, Inc. A senior marketing executive with over twenty years of experience in corporate management and in consulting, Lynn brings clients a realistic approach to marketing and business planning. She has directed consulting engagements for clients in insurance and financial services, information services and technology, communications, management services, and distribution.
Lynn is known for her strategic sense and her ability to quickly and accurately define problems and opportunities. She is an expert in designing and facilitating the processes and interactions that deliver the results desired, and that work well within a client's organizational culture. The quality of the work and the long term relationships she builds with clients are the hallmarks of her consulting success.
Prior to Marketing Leverage, Lynn held management positions in marketing and business planning for the life, health, property/casualty, and retirement services operations of Travelers, CIGNA, and Aetna.
Lynn holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior from the University of Hartford and a BA in English from the University of Connecticut. She serves in leadership positions in national business and professional organizations and is a frequent speaker on marketing matters for corporations, business groups, and colleges. She is an avid golfer and cyclist.
DAN AVERY
Dan Avery is a senior consultant and director of Marketing Leverage, Inc. With over twenty-five years of experience in corporate management and consulting, Dan develops marketing and organizational strategies focusing on customer need satisfaction.
He has directed engagements in customer retention, new market assessment, e-business and marketing strategy. His strategic sense coupled with the ability to communicate complex ideas has earned the respect of Marketing Leverage clients.
Prior to Marketing Leverage, Dan held senior management and consulting positions at Aetna and Value Health with responsibilities including account management, operations, reengineering, technology planning, customer management, and strategic planning.
In addition to his bachelor's degree, Dan has completed graduate level education in management at Antioch, and in the arts at Wesleyan. His avocations include skiing, golf, and cycling. Dan is known for his ability as an innovator and a change agent.
